He is very professional and extremely responsive. When he goes out of town for the weekend, he lets you know a few days in advance. So if he is slow to respond, you know why. He will fight for you and isn't afraid of an awkward conversation. This is really important because he won't let you settle for anything that isn't in your best interest!
